Caught on camera
The road never lies. Foolish Cars collects dashcam and car-camera footage of drivers who forgot the basics — near misses, road rage, wrong-way runs, four-bay parking jobs and instant karma. Watch it, learn from it, send us yours.

09 — Why we post
A camera is
a witness
Most crashes are not mysteries. They are decisions — a phone, a red light, a merge that was never going to work. Dashcams turn "he said, she said" into evidence.
We post to inform and to entertain, never to humiliate a victim and never to encourage the behaviour on screen. If it is not on camera, it did not happen here.
Safety & fair play
- 01
Plates and faces are blurred or omitted where they identify a private person.
- 02
No names, addresses, workplaces or witch-hunts. Ever.
- 03
We describe what happened, not what we wish happened. No invented drama.
- 04
Removal requests are honoured on review — see the takedown contact below.
DO NOT ATTEMPT. Nothing here is a tutorial. Obey the traffic laws where you drive, drive to the conditions, and put the phone down. We publish to inform and entertain — not to encourage dangerous driving.
10 — Submit footage
Send us
the tape
Original footage only — no re-uploads, no watermarks from other channels. Tell us where and roughly when it happened, and leave a way to reach you if we have questions.
- → Keep the original file if you can — compression kills plate detail.
- → Link a cloud folder or clip URL. Do not send cash, cards or ID.
- → We will blur faces and plates before anything goes live.

Put your brand on the road
Every clip ends somewhere — and people watch to the end. Reserve a sponsorship slot on the channel and reach drivers, buyers and students at the exact moment they are thinking about the road. Dashcam makers, insurers, driving schools and detailers are the natural fit.
Zelle reservation secures the slot; we confirm placement by email within one business day.

12 — FAQ
Questions, answered
Is it legal to post dashcam footage?
Rules differ by country and state, and we are not your lawyer. In many places footage of a public road may be published for news, comment or public-interest purposes, but privacy, defamation and traffic laws still apply. We publish factual clips, blur identifying details of private people, and honour valid removal requests.
Do you blur licence plates and faces?
Yes. Plates and faces are blurred or omitted before publishing whenever they identify a private individual. We keep the road, the vehicles and the manoeuvre readable — that is the part that matters.
How do you choose which clips get posted?
We look for clear footage, an obvious and instructive mistake, and something a driver could actually learn from. The weekly reel and the podium are picked by our editors — there is no hidden ranking algorithm.
How do I request removal of a clip?
Use the submission form and mark the message as a removal or correction request. Include the clip title and a link. Valid requests are reviewed and actioned, including full removal where required.
Can I send footage from a phone mount instead of a dashcam?
Absolutely — phone, dashcam, rear, side or passenger footage is all welcome. What we cannot use is footage that encourages dangerous behaviour or was obviously staged. Original files only, please.
